GigBalance Account and Data Deletion

GigBalance lets users delete their account and associated data directly inside the app.

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open GigBalance.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Go to the Account screen.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm deletion.

What data is deleted

Account deletion permanently deletes your account and associated app data, including income entries, expense entries, mileage entries, receipts, and account records.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot access the app, email us from the email address associated with your GigBalance account and use the subject line "Delete my GigBalance account".
